The module is designed to train students on completing and preparing the main documentations used to support daily operation in hospitality. While gaining the fundamental knowledge required to complete documents such as inventory, cashiering report or duty roster. Students are also exposed to the basic principles to produce effective display for hygiene, safety etc enabling to effectively communicate on operating system.
