Certificate in Food and Beverage Service is a two-year full-time programme which consists of four semesters including one final semester for industrial training outside campus. The objective of the programme design is to contribute significantly in facilitating the growth of economic sector of tourism and hospitality industry towards nation’s development. The service of food and beverage to customers  requires technical knowledge and specific skills to ensure that the services are provided with exceptional quality. This programme provides an opportunity for students to improve their food and beverage skills in a practical way that covers both theoretical aspects and practical skills. Students are prepared to play their part by building a solid foundation in knowledge and skills related to various fields in the food and beverage industry.
