Throughout this module, students will be taught on the tangible/intangible dimensions of customer’s experience and will discover how to recommend products and services for various cultures. Moreover, they will be exposed to the different tools and methods used to maintain and monitor customer experience quality but also the methods used to measure service quality. This module is designed to enrich students’ knowledge on customers and enhance their performance while dealing with customers during practical class and placement.
