Throughout this module, students will be taught on the various techniques required for handling housekeeping operation. Moreover, they will acquire fundamental knowledge related to guest typology, material and equipment used in hotel industry. Taught in a simulated environment, students are given the opportunity to progressively acquire the methods and techniques practiced in housekeeping.
