Throughout this module, students will be taught on the various techniques required for handling front office operation and completing guest cycle. Delivered in a simulated environment, students will practice the various techniques using the traditional manual forms and property management system. The module also explores the relation between front office and various internal and external stakeholders, with a special emphasis on Online Travel Agents.
