Malaysian Cuisine is an introduction to the famous authentic cuisine in Malaysia. Students are exposed to the history, types of ingredients, and cooking techniques from different regions. Students acquire skills in preparation of a Malay Cuisine set menu for Northern Region, East Coast, West Coast, Southern Region, Sabah, and Sarawak.
