KITCHEN OPERATION_1C**

Throughout the Kitchen Operation module, students acquire the intermediate and advanced cooking techniques in producing and supplying food to the front of the house according to the type of service. The Kitchen Operation course is a co-requisite with the Professional Food and Beverage course where the student of the food and beverage program will serve the food produced by kitchen operation students. Other than that, students will learn how to have a smooth kitchen operation and build good teamwork skills.
