Throughout the Bakery module, students acquire the fundamental techniques involved in the bakery as well as the relevant terminology. Organized in sequence, classes allow students to acquire the skills and techniques required for basic bakery preparation and apply them consecutively. Students will also acquire knowledge on the ingredients commonly used in bakery and pastry.
