ASIAN CUISINE_1C**

The Asian Cuisine course is an introduction to the Asian delicacy as a style of cooking and tradition associated with a specific culture. Asian cuisine will also expose students to specific technique, cooking methods and unique components or ingredients used in Asian country cuisine. Students acquire knowledge and skills in food preparation from FOUR (4) Asian countries namely Indian, China, Indonesia and Thailand. Student will also learn and able to prepare a set of menu from each country.
