Beverage Study is designed to exposed students to various types of beverages either hot beverages or cold beverages commonly served in food and beverage establishment (restaurant, bar or hotel). On top of that, students will learn method of preparation for these beverages. Moreover, they will explore the main principles of mixology and bartending for preparation of mocktail using various techniques (build, stir, shaken and blend).
