Culinary Fundamentals is designed to equip students with the fundamental knowledge for the basic preparation of food ingredients. Performed in a simulated environment, it allows students to understand the main work organization required in the kitchen as well as how to perform the basic cutting and cooking techniques involved for various types of food products in Basic Cookery modules.
