Throughout this module, students will apply knowledge, skills and techniques acquired in Culinary Fundamentals and Basic Cookery to serve a set of western menu to the guests. Moreover, they will discover new food presentation related to French Cuisine, Italian Cuisine, Germany Cuisine and Spain Cuisine. Students will progressively handle more complex menus by practicing ethics and safety rules in the kitchen.
